The Most Inspiring Photos from #DreamBigPrincess

Education , Supporters in Action

The #DreamBigPrincess photo campaign celebrates stories of empowered girls around the world and encourages women, girls, and supporters like you to dream big, while also donating money to Girl Up’s leadership programs.

Participating in the campaign were nineteen female photographers from fifteen different countries (including Girl Up Teen Advisor alumna Meg Schwartz!), who showcased real-world girls and women who are making a difference in their communities, and the world. Included in the series was the youngest-ever speaker at the United Nations, the founder of the first female cycling team in Afghanistan, a teenage author of a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) coloring book for kids, and a soccer team full of young girls.

Seeing girls and women striving to achieve their goals, despite seemingly impossible obstacles encourages everyone to continue striving for even the biggest dreams.

This post features the top five most inspiring photos from the series. So take a break and get motivated by these amazing girl heroes!
